1. General

Hiace Premio Luxury rental is chauffeur-driven only (no self-drive option).

Rates include vehicle, professional driver, and basic vehicle insurance.

Rates exclude fuel, toll fees, parking, driver meals, and accommodation (if overnight or out-of-town travel applies).
2. Operating Hours & Duration

Standard daily rental duration is 12 hours/day (for Medan and surrounding areas).

Additional hours will be charged as overtime, based on our standard rates.

Maximum operation time is until 10:00 PM WIB, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Booking & Payment

Reservations should be made at least 1 day in advance.

A minimum deposit of 30% is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before departure.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental date will incur a cancellation fee of 30–50% of the total rental cost.
4. Out-of-Town Travel

Out-of-town trips (e.g. to Danau Toba, Berastagi, Parapat) are subject to special pricing.

Driver’s accommodation and meals during overnight trips are the responsibility of the renter.
5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must maintain cleanliness, order, and respect in the vehicle.

It is strictly prohibited to carry illegal goods, pets, or engage in any unlawful activity.

Any damage caused by passenger negligence will be the renter’s responsibility.
6. Force Majeure

Station Rental is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, road closures, extreme traffic, etc.).
