Terms and Conditions of Car Rental – Station Rental
1. General Requirements

Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid national/international driver’s license (SIM A or equivalent).

Must provide valid identification (ID card or passport) and other supporting documents if requested.

Renter agrees to a data verification process to ensure safety and service integrity.
2. Rental Options

With Driver Service
Vehicle is provided along with a professional driver from Station Rental. -
Self-Drive (Key-Off Rental) (if available)
Only available to verified renters meeting strict eligibility criteria and agreeing to additional terms.
3. Rates and Payments

Rental fees are based on vehicle type, rental duration, and travel destination.

A minimum down payment of 30% is required to confirm the booking, and full payment must be completed before the rental begins.

Payments are accepted via official bank transfer under the name of Station Rental.
4. Rental Duration and Late Charges

Rental periods are calculated in 12-hour or 24-hour blocks, depending on the selected package.

Late returns will incur additional charges according to the hourly rate.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled rental time may be subject to cancellation fees.
5. Responsibility and Insurance

Vehicles are covered under insurance; however, damages resulting from renter’s negligence will be fully borne by the renter.

Station Rental is not responsible for loss of personal items during the rental period.

Vehicles may not be used for any illegal, hazardous, or unauthorized activities.
6. Usage Restrictions

Vehicles may not be taken outside the designated city/region without prior written consent from Station Rental.

The renter may not use the vehicle for racing, speed testing, or off-road/extreme driving.
7. Force Majeure

Station Rental shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control such as natural disasters, accidents, or civil unrest.
8. Booking and Contact

Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or by visiting Station Rental’s office.

By confirming a booking, the renter acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein.
